To use Old Vera Coin you need to go to Mirafleur Hall located in Mirroria. This currency is already out of circulation but you can use it at Mirafleur Hall.
Once you reached Mirafleur Hall then you need to look gachapon machine and interact with the machine. To activate gachapon machine once you need 50 old Vera Coins or for activating ten times you need 500 old Vera coins.
